Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive business growth and sales performance across the assigned territory in Jaipur.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare/diagnostics sales, team handling, doctor & hospital relationships, business development and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
- Manage and grow the assigned territory/area through new business development and existing account expansion.
- Lead, guide and motivate the Sales Executives/field sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, corporates and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a strong doctor referral network to generate consistent business.
- Identify recent business opportunities and establish new corporate, hospital and institutional tie-ups.
- Promote Krsnaa Diagnostics’ pathology, radiology and imaging services in the assigned market.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities, pricing, services and market trends.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales plans and ensure effective execution.
- Track team performance, sales funnel, customer acquisition and revenue achievement.
- Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up from relevant business accounts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to the sales team.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and MIS for management.
- Coordinate with Operations, Centre Teams and other internal departments for smooth customer service and business execution.




- Ensure high customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Take corrective actions wherever required to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Candidate Profile

Education:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 5–10 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
- Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, pathology, radiology, hospital, pharmaceutical or medical services will be preferred.
- Prior experience in team handling and territory management is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
