Role : Costing, Budgeting & MIS Executive

Qualification: B.Com/ M.Com, With CMA Inter
Experience in Years : Minimum 3 to 5 Years

Experience in Costing, Budgeting, MIS, and Financial Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze product-wise, process-wise, and project-wise cost sheets.
- Monitor manufacturing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze material, labor, and overhead variances.
- Support inventory valuation and cost control activities.
- Assist in monthly cost review and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
- Prepare departmental and company-wide budgets.
- Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances against actual performance.
- Prepare budget variance reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Support long-term financial planning and business projections.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure timely submission of management reports with accurate data.
- Maintain and improve reporting systems and data integrity.
- Perform profitability, cost-benefit, and trend analysis.
- Coordinate with SAP/ERP users for data accuracy and report generation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to costing and
