Position

Telecaller / Telecalling Executive and handling social media(youtube, instagram,facebook, snapchat, thread etc)

Qualification

Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) qualification.

Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.

Explain courses, services, fees, offers and other relevant information.

Handle incoming enquiries and provide appropriate information.

Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain daily call and lead records.

Schedule appointments and counselling sessions.

Achieve assigned calling and enquiry-conversion targets.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements

Must be presentable, confident and well-groomed.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Bengali.





Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.

Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.

Punctual, disciplined and professional.

Employment Terms

Full-time position.

Working hours: 10 am to 7 pm

Salary: 7000 to 10000+ incentives, based on experience and performance.

Performance-based incentives may be provided.

Initial probation period: 3 months.

Candidate must maintain professional behaviour and confidentiality.

Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
