Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a quality control analyst based in Noida. The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating operational processes to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role includes inspecting documentation and data related to freight and logistics activities, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions. The analyst will collaborate with operations, customer support, and management teams to improve process efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance service reliability. Daily tasks also include maintaining quality records, preparing reports, supporting internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate customer interaction calls to ensure quality, compliance, and process adherence.
- Identify performance gaps and provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve communication and customer handling.
- Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends,



and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare quality reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with team leaders and operations to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards, policies, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a quality analyst in a BPO/customer support environment.
- Solid listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Fixed Night shift
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to monitor processes, enforce standards, and drive corrective and preventive actions

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
