Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Cum Accounts Executive who can manage day-to-day HR activities as well as basic accounting and finance-related work.

HR Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Post jobs and source candidates.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Handle employee joining and onboarding.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Prepare offer letters, relieving letters and experience letters.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Coordinate payroll and salary-related activities.
- Handle employee queries and general HR administration.

Accounts Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices.




- Record income and expenses.
- Follow up for outstanding payments.
- Maintain bills, vouchers and payment records.
- Handle basic bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts-related documents.
- Coordinate with CA/accountant for GST, TDS and other accounting requirements.
- Maintain proper financial records.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of HR and basic Accounts.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage both HR and Accounts responsibilities.
- Should be organized and detail-oriented.
