About the Role:

Administers the multi-platform Dell storage estate (PowerMax, VMAX, PowerStore, Unity — 9 arrays) and enterprise backup/recovery operations, including scheduled restore testing and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provisioning, capacity and performance management for storage
- Backup policy and job management
- Restore/recovery operations and scheduled restore testing
- Firmware/microcode/ePack patching

Required Skills:

- Dell PowerMax, VMAX, PowerStore and Unity administration
- SAN/NAS provisioning and configuration
- Enterprise backup software administration (e.g., NetBackup/Networker or equivalent)
- Replication configuration and monitoring (e.g., SRDF or equivalent)




- Scheduled restore testing and compliance reporting

Certifications:

Mandatory

- Demonstrable multi-platform Dell storage administration experience

Preferred / Advantageous

- Proven Dell EMC Qualified (storage specialization)
- Backup vendor certification

Soft Skills & Attributes:

- Rigour in compliance and restore-testing documentation
- Careful risk assessment before capacity/replication changes
- Reliable follow-through on scheduled maintenance windows
