Job Summary

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to Engineer to provide professional administrative and coordination support to the engineering team. The candidate will assist with project coordination, documentation, communication, follow-ups, meetings, and day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documents and records.
- Handle emails, correspondence, letters, and reports.
- Prepare Excel sheets, presentations, MOMs, and status reports.
- Track project activities, deadlines, and pending actions.
- Maintain confidential company and project information.
- Support engineers with administrative and coordination activities.
- Arrange meetings and prepare meeting notes/MOM.




- Follow up with clients and vendors for required information and documents.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Engineering/project coordination experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Engineering Consultancy, EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
