Dyrocon Airtech Private Limited is looking for a Logistics Executive to support day-to-day transportation, dispatch, vehicle coordination, fleet documentation, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, good at follow-up, and comfortable coordinating with drivers, transporters, project sites, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate vehicle arrangements and transporters for timely dispatch of materials.
- Maintain Vehicle MIS, dispatch records, proof of delivery records, and logistics documentation.
- Ensure required dispatch documents such as Invoice, E-Way Bill, LR, Delivery Challan, Test Certificates, etc. are available before vehicle departure.
- Follow up with transporters and drivers regarding vehicle placement, loading, delivery, and POD collection.
- Coordinate company vehicle Insurance, PUC, Fitness Certificate, Road Tax, Permits, servicing, and repairs.
- Maintain and monitor fuel card usage for company vehicles and DG sets.
- Coordinate porter services and internal material movement as required.
- Coordinate courier bookings, tracking, and timely dispatch of documents/materials.
- Collect and maintain logistics bills and supporting documents from project sites.
- Support freight-cost optimization through route planning, load consolidation, and transporter coordination.




- Maintain complete and accurate logistics records.
- Coordinate with Stores, Projects, Production, Purchase, Accounts, and other departments for smooth logistics operations.

Requirements

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Logistics, Transport, Dispatch, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline; Logistics/Supply Chain qualification will be an advantage.
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Positive follow-up and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to coordinate with drivers, transporters, vendors, and project sites.
- Must be willing and able to travel locally on a two-wheeler for logistics-related work.
- Candidates from manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or project-based companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
