We are seeking a highly skilled and precision-oriented Die Fitter / Press Tool Maker to join our tooling and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, maintaining, and troubleshooting sheet metal press tools, dies, and fixtures according to technical engineering drawings.

Key Responsibility;

Die Assembly & Fitting: Assemble, fit, and align parts of press tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures based on technical blueprint specifications.

Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on production dies to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Blueprint Reading: Interpret 2D and 3D engineering component drawings, die layouts, and tool designs accurately.

Machining Operations:



Operate tool room machinery such as surface grinders, drilling machines, and lathes to machine die parts to exact dimensions.

Quality & Tolerance Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges) to check clearances, tolerances, and dimensions.

Troubleshooting: Identify and rectify die defects (such as burrs, part distortion, or blanking issues) discovered during tool trials or production runs.Required Qualifications & Skills:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
