Job Summary

L’empire Builders & Interiors is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing Sales & Business Development team.

The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and passionate about residential construction, villas, architecture, and interiors. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, handling enquiries, following up with prospective clients, conducting client meetings, and converting enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads for residential construction and interior projects.
- Handle enquiries received through digital marketing, social media, website, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and project expectations.
- Coordinate with the technical and design teams to prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
- Conduct client meetings and project discussions.
- Explain company services, project scope, timelines, and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals while maintaining company pricing and policies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to booking.
- Coordinate with the project and execution teams during the client handover process.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and referral channels.
- Stay updated about market trends, competitors, pricing,



and customer preferences.

- Malayalam and English communication skills are required; Hindi will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any relevant field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience in real estate, residential construction, architecture, interiors, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Should be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
