JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and mentor team members on products, processes, and performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely execution of tasks.
- REQUIREMENTS
- 2–10 years of experience in Ayurveda, Herbal, or Healthcare industry preferred.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
