About the Hotel

Quality Inn RAMA, Ayodhya is a premium 45-room hotel located close to Shri Ram Mandir, designed to offer guests a comfortable stay combined with a distinctive spiritual and cultural experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, strong operational standards, revenue growth, team performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Sales, Finance and Engineering.
- Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall hotel revenue.
- Lead and motivate the hotel team, including recruitment, training and performance management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, tour operators and other business partners.
- Monitor hotel P&L;, budgets, costs and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Inn/Choice Hotels standards and SOPs.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery effectively.




- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to drive business, particularly during peak pilgrimage seasons.
- Ensure the property is maintained to a high standard across rooms, public areas and facilities.
- Maintain compliance with all statutory, safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for the management.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong hotel operations and commercial acumen.
- Proven experience managing a full-service hotel or similar property.
- Excellent leadership, communication and people-management skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue management and P&L; management.
- Guest-centric approach with a robust focus on service quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-demand destination like Ayodhya.
- Experience in pilgrimage/tourism destinations will be an advantage.
- Strong local market knowledge and industry relationships will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
