Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a professional and friendly approach.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Attend to guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments.
- Maintain excellent guest service standards.
- Support daily front office and guest relations operations.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in the Hotel Industry preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Ability to work in shifts.
