Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with basic working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems and hands-on experience in procurement processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle vendor management and procurement documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Place purchase orders as per company requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Maintain and update purchase records using ERP/SAP systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of ordered goods.
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to procurement activities.

Key Requirements:





- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in the purchase/procurement function.
- Basic working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with the complete procurement cycle.
- Strong negotiation and vendor development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with positive typing speed.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
