Job Summary
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

Lead customer workshops to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

Understand customer business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.

Produce functional design documents, process maps, and gap-fit assessments.

Recommend standard Business Central functionality wherever possible.

Solution Configuration & Implementation

Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central modules to meet customer requirements.

Support end-to-end implementation activities across multiple project phases.

Participate in solution design sessions and validation workshops.

Assist customers in defining future-state business processes.

Support data migration and system integration activities.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Expertise

Provide consultancy across key Business Central modules including:

Financial Management

General Ledger

Accounts Payable

Accounts Receivable

Fixed Assets

Cash Management

Budgeting & Forecasting

Purchasing & Procurement

Sales Order Processing

Inventory Management

Warehouse Management

Manufacturing

Project Management

Service Management

Testing & User Acceptance





Develop and execute functional test scenarios.

Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Identify and resolve functional issues during implementation.

Validate solution quality and business process outcomes.

Support deployment and go-live activities.

Skill Requirements
Stakeholder Management

Build solid relationships with customer stakeholders.

Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and business teams.

Facilitate workshops and demonstrations for business users.

Training & Support

Deliver end-user and super-user training.

Create functional documentation and user guides.

Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.

Promote adoption of Business Central best practices.
