- Statutory & Labor Compliance: Manage local labor law requirements, minimum wages, working hours, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESI)
- Social & Ethical Audits: Coordinate client and third-party audits like SEDEX, WRAP, or SA8000; fix any gaps found during floor checks.
- Environmental & Safety Standards (EHS): Maintain factory safety protocols, fire exits, PPE usage, and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) rules under ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Product & Material Certifications: Oversee sustainable and organic standards such as GOTS, GRS, OCS, or BCI documentation.
- Training & Record Keeping: Conduct worker safety briefings, maintain up-to-date compliance logs, and handle grievance mechanisms
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
