At The Positive Felt, we're transforming discarded textiles into high performance materials used across built setting, acoustics, automotive, garment manufacturing, packaging and more.

Our materials have already been used in projects such as the Sheraton Confluence Conference Centre in Chennai, insulation solutions for schools in Drass, and by manufacturers supplying leading fashion and carmaking brands such as Zudio or Maruti Suzuki. Every new application replaces virgin materials and proves that circular materials can compete on quality, performance and design.

Alongside commercial growth, we continuously invest in material innovation and R&D;, developing new products and unlocking new uses for textile waste.

The Good Felt was built by Enviu, a global non-profit venture builder that creates businesses tackling the world's biggest environmental challenges. Instead of simply supporting startups, Enviu builds companies that reshape industries and create entirely new markets. Today, Enviu ventures have generated €29.7 million in revenue, created 2,489 jobs, directly impacted 276,400 lives, and helped reduce more than 10.7 million kg of textile waste.

We've proven the concept. Now we're scaling, and we're looking for someone who wants to help build what comes next.

The Opportunity

Help shape the future of the company.

You'll work directly with the Founder to grow one of India's most exciting circular materials ventures. You'll build partnerships, open new markets and help decide where we grow next.

Because we're a small company, your work won't disappear into layers of management.



If you have a good idea, you'll have the opportunity to test it. If you win a customer, you'll see your work become a real product used in buildings, vehicles and consumer products across India.

If you've ever wanted to build a business instead of simply selling for one, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

- Build partnerships with architects, designers, manufacturers, developers and corporate customers

- Grow The Good Felt across new industries and markets

- Lead opportunities from first conversation to signed partnership

- Discover new applications for our materials

- Work directly with the Founder to shape commercial strategy

- Bring customer insights into product development and R&D;

- Represent The Good Felt at industry events and exhibition

Who we are looking for

You might be a outstanding fit if you:

- Have 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales

- Have worked in interiors, building materials, furniture, manufacturing, construction or a related industry

- Enjoy building genuine, long-term relationships

- Are curious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership

- Want to learn,

- Are willing to travel for customer meetings and industry events
