About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, excellent space-planning skills, and the ability to independently handle residential interior projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead residential interior design projects from concept development to execution.

- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget.

- Develop space plans, furniture layouts, design concepts, material palettes, and detailed drawings.

- Prepare and review design presentations, 3D views, working drawings, and material selections.

- Coordinate closely with clients, project heads, site teams, vendors, and consultants.

- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

- Review drawings and details for accuracy and design consistency.

- Guide junior designers and coordinate the design team's deliverables.

- Participate in client presentations and confidently communicate design concepts.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

- Stay updated with current materials,



finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior design trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-end residential interiors.

- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and detailing.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office. Knowledge of Photoshop/Enscape/V-Ray will be an advantage.

- Robust communication and client-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Good attention to detail and a strong understanding of luxury interior aesthetics.

- Portfolio showcasing completed residential interior projects is required.

Someone who is creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and confident in taking ownership of projects. The candidate should have a refined design aesthetic and the ability to translate concepts into practical, execution-ready interiors.

Salary

₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.
