Job Purpose

We are seeking energetic CSR Managers to drive impactful community initiatives and develop corporate strategic partnerships across India. Join our team to champion sustainable development projects and be a part of a fast developing and dynamic NGO

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, CSR heads, foundations, and other stakeholders in areas such as education, healthcare, environment, livelihoods, and community development.
- Identify potential CSR opportunities and support the development of project proposals and concept notes.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely submission of the required reports.
- Ensure timely submission of progress reports and impact assessment reports
- Assist CSR Head in organising CSR events, campaigns, awareness programmes, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist the CSR Head to organise corporate visits, review meetings, employee engagement activities, and project visits.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor’s or master’s degree from any recognized University.
- Additional certification/coursework in CSR, NGO Management, Development Management, or Project Management will be an advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO/development sector, project management, corporate partnerships, or community development[H1] for a candidate holding a Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CSR, NGO/development sector, project management, corporate partnerships, or community development[H2] for a candidate holding a Master’s degree.

- Corporate relationship management backed by fluent communication and presentation and strong networking skills
- Proposal and report writing capability
- Budget and resource management
- MS Office/Google Workspace and MIS reporting

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
