About The Role

We are looking for a young, creative, modern, disciplined, and highly motivated YouTube Vlog Editor & Social Media Content Producer to work on-site with us at Sampoorna Yoga in Agonda, Goa.

The main role will be to edit YouTube vlogs, Shorts, reels, and social media content for Deepak Sharma’s personal channels, Crazy Yogi and Crazy Yogi Vlogs.

This is not a basic video editing job. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, humour, pacing, hooks, retention, social media trends, memes, music, captions, graphics, and what makes content engaging for the current generation.

The right candidate should be able to take raw footage and turn it into interesting, funny, emotional, inspiring, or engaging content. You should be able to think creatively, suggest ideas, repurpose existing footage, and create multiple content pieces from the same material.

Responsibilities

- Edit YouTube vlogs for Crazy Yogi and Crazy Yogi Vlogs
- Create Shorts, reels, and social media clips from long-form videos
- Add music, captions, graphics, memes, sound effects, and transitions where needed
- Understand storytelling, hooks, pacing, retention, and social media algorithms
- Repurpose old and new footage into multiple content formats
- Suggest creative ideas for improving the content
- Work with the existing videographer/editor and follow the overall creative direction
- Organise footage and maintain clean project files
- Deliver work on time and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Think like a content creator, not just a video cutter

Requirements

- Strong hands-on video editing experience




- Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, humour, and up-to-date social media content
- Good understanding of YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, trends, and algorithms
- Comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Ability to add subtitles, graphics, memes, music, and engaging visual elements
- Must be proactive, disciplined, reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Must be comfortable working on-site in Agonda, Goa
- Own editing laptop/system preferred
- Portfolio or sample work is required

Work Schedule

This is an on-site role at Sampoorna Yoga, Agonda, Goa.

The person is expected to work 6 days per week. Minimum working expectation is 8 hours per day, but more than physical presence, we value quality, speed, creativity, task completion, and accountability.

We are flexible and supportive as an organisation, but we expect the same seriousness, discipline, and ownership in return.

Salary And Benefits

- Starting salary: ₹30,000 per month
- Salary will be paid on the 10th of every month
- Accommodation allowance: ₹15,000 per month
- Vegetarian meals available at Sampoorna Yoga at discounted rates
- Access to on-site gym may be available as per internal rules

Terms And Conditions

- This is a contractual role. The selected person will work as a service provider, even though the nature of the work will be regular and exclusive.
- Minimum notice period will be 30 days from both sides.




- Work will be evaluated based on quality, speed, creativity, consistency, task completion, and accountability.
- The selected person must maintain confidentiality regarding internal footage, unpublished content, business information, and personal content.
- All raw footage, edited videos, project files, thumbnails, captions, graphics, and content created during the contract will belong to Sampoorna Yoga / Deepak Sharma.
- The person must not use, publish, share, copy, or repurpose any footage or content without written permission.
- Clean project organisation and proper backup discipline are required.
- The person must be clean, hygienic, punctual, respectful, and professionally well-behaved.
- No smoking, alcohol abuse, drugs, marijuana, or any substance abuse will be tolerated.
- Sampoorna Yoga is a yoga retreat and training centre, so we expect people with good character, discipline, responsibility, and respect for the environment.
- Misconduct, dishonesty, repeated delays, poor attitude, substance abuse, or lack of accountability may lead to termination of the contract.
- Final selection will depend on interview, portfolio review, and possibly a short test edit.
