Job Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, Crypto Twitter (X), Discord, and Telegram
- Leverage internal connections and referrals to generate warm leads
- Craft personalised outreach messages tailored to each prospect's project and stage
- Monitor Web3 project launches, fundraising announcements, and ecosystem news to spot opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and active clients
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM / client database with accurate records of all interactions
- Follow up consistently and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Genuinely passionate about Web3, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs,



or crypto ecosystems
- Active presence on Crypto Twitter / X and LinkedIn you know the community
- Comfortable initiating cold outreach and building rapport from scratch
- Organized and detail-oriented you keep your pipeline clean and your follow-ups timely
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and proactive; you don't wait to be told what to do

Graduation required
