Job Summary

VP NEXUES Import & Export is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support customer acquisition, lead generation, field sales, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Support local marketing and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Field Work Requirements

- Approximately 70% field work.
- Two-wheeler is compulsory.
- Valid driving licence required.
- Four-wheeler is optional.
- Based on performance and business requirements,



the role may transition to approximately 50% field work and 50% backend work after 3 months.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and travelling for field work.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
