Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for candidates who want to learn how software projects are planned, documented, and executed.

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will assist the team in understanding client requirements, preparing documentation, analyzing business processes, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting project execution.

This role will provide practical exposure to client communication, requirement gathering, software documentation, process flow creation, and coordination between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in understanding client business processes and software requirements.
- Support requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain basic project documentation such as:
- Business Requirement Documents
- Functional Requirement Documents
- User stories
- Process flow diagrams
- Module lists
- Feature lists
- Meeting notes
- Help convert business requirements into explicit points for the development team.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA testers, and project managers.
- Assist in preparing wireframes,



screen flow explanations, and user journey documents.
- Support in client demos, feedback collection, and follow-up documentation.
- Track changes in requirements and update documents accordingly.
- Help test developed features based on documented requirements.
- Learn and support Agile/Scrum-based project execution.
- Research industry workflows and software solutions when required.

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software, websites, mobile apps, CRM, ERP, or dashboards.
- Interest in business processes and software development.
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to prepare clear and structured documentation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn new tools and business domains.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.

Tools Knowledge Preferred

- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Figma, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar tools
- Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management tools

Prior experience with these tools is not mandatory, but willingness to learn is important.

Qualification





- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in:
- IT
- Computer Science
- Business Administration
- Engineering
- BCA / MCA
- BBA / MBA
- Or any related field

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Fresher or student interested in Business Analysis and IT project management.
- Comfortable communicating with team members and clients.
- Interested in understanding how businesses work and how software solves business problems.
- Able to write clear notes, documents, and requirement points.
- Curious, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Basic technical understanding will be an added advantage.
