Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive / Sales Consultant to join our automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, assisting customers in selecting suitable vehicles, conducting product presentations and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and available offers.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives for customers.
- Generate leads through showroom visits, telephone calls, referrals and other sources.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance,



registration and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain professional grooming and follow dealership standards and policies.
- Stay updated about new vehicle models, features, pricing and promotional schemes.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automobile sales preferred.
- Candidates with sales experience from other industries may also apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
