External Job Description

Key Performance Indicators

Lead Generation & sales

~ Generate and lead business from notable architects, contractors, project sites and direct consumers as per target value set by the company

~ Pitch and sell the products within the communities of individual customers, architects and interior decorators, PMCs, hospitality sites, builders, general contractors etc.

Technical Assistance

~ Providing support to the ground level sales team in pitching to architects, catering to complex requirements

~Train the channel (Dealer) and ground sales team on product details

Coordination

~ Helping sales teams in understanding customer requirements and BOQs to cater to the different requirements for system aluminum

~ Coordination with Site Team Management as required





~ Should be able to close deals along with commercials

Production Planning

~ Optimize Production planning with vendors to meet dispatch promise SLA from date of order receipt

~ Intervention and alternate sourcing involvement wherever necessary to meet the promised timelines
