We are seeking Digital & AI Engineer to support GHG emissions activities related to software tool development and AI integration. The candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing and running of Power Apps and other low-code Power Platform products (Power Automate flows, CoPilot Studio agents, etc.). Integration and small evolutions of other full-code products may also be conducted if necessary. The candidate will work under the supervision of an MMT Tool Referent (product owner), and in collaboration with other software developers and testers.

Main Responsibilities

- Participate, with the support of the MMT Tool Referent, in the design of Power Platform products (applications) supporting GHG emissions activities.
- Participate in the development of the products (coding, testing, CI/CD)
- Assist in the running of the products (investigate and fix bugs, implement small evolutions, deploy new versions in production)
- Participating in AI integration at GHG emissions through acculturation, the implementation of AI features in GHG emissions tools
- Assist in developing an AI first approach at GHG emissions

Work Experience

Profile Required

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Development or AI, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of software development experience comparable in industrial environments.
- Being relatively up to date with AI notions (prompt engineering, LLMs, agents, Agentic AI) and products (CoPilot Studio) are required.
- Experience in using / deploying AI in industrial environments is desired.
- Knowledge of Power Platform is desired (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Knowledge of JIRA, Git, SharePoint is desired.

Key Skills

- Strong software engineering fundamentals, analytical mindset, and critical thinking.
- Good knowledge of AI, from theory to practice
- Will to interact and teach end users about software products, AI and related features
- Ability to transform user needs and specifications into quality code and software products
- Will to interact with other developers and product owner during backlog review sessions, to maintain a good understanding of the product backlog
- Will to work in close interaction in short (2 weeks) sprints in Agile mode, and react to changing specifications and user needs
- Effective and critical use of AI tools for software development and generic problem solving
- Positive communication skills, ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, and fluent written and spoken English.
