Manage and develop sales across the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
Develop recent market opportunities and expand distribution.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.
Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in FMCG products is mandatory.
Ability to manage distributors and sales teams.
Experience with Milk & Ghee products will be an added advantage.
Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
