- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Counsel students and parents regarding online UG, PG, and certification programs.
- Understand candidates' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate information and addressing queries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Guide students through the application, documentation, and enrollment process.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Update and manage lead information in the CRM system.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a target-driven approach.

Key Requirements





- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Graduation in any discipline (preferred).
