Urgent Hiring : Software Support Executive

- Provide technical and software support to clients over calls, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand client issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist clients in using the company's own software/application.
- Troubleshoot software-related problems and resolve issues efficiently.
- Guide clients regarding software features, processes, and functionality.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for complex issues.
- Maintain proper records of client complaints, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Provide basic software training and demonstrations to clients when required.
