About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Siebel Administrator to join the Infrastructure & Operations team within the Digital & Information Office. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical support for Siebel environments, manage deployments across production and non-production landscapes, and partner closely with development, QA, and DBA teams to keep business-critical CRM systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Siebel production and non-production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Manage Siebel application deployments, configurations, and environment refreshes end to end.
- Support and maintain applications on Siebel IP20 and above, including planning and executing version upgrades.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DBA teams to troubleshoot issues, coordinate releases, and support testing cycles.
- Own day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operations, including incident diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and resolution.




- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to support critical business operations outside standard hours.
- Document configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting playbooks for the Siebel environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–10 years of hands-on experience in a Siebel Administrator role.
- Proven expertise maintaining both production and non-production Siebel environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Siebel applications on IP20 or later versions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex system issues independently.
- Willingness and availability to participate in rotational on-call support.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience upgrading Siebel environments to IP20 or later versions.
- Siebel experience within the Telecom industry.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
