Job Overview
VGM is hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for our Hosa Road office in Bengaluru. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills in English, combined with fluency in regional languages, to assist our customers effectively and deliver excellent support service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via phone and email.
- Maintain high quality standards and positive customer interactions.
- Understand customer needs and offer timely, accurate solutions.




- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

- Experience: Prior experience in customer support / tele-calling is required.
- Language Proficiency: Robust, fluent English along with proficiency in at least one of the target regional languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Immediate or early joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
