We are looking for an organized and process-driven General Insurance Operations Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations of general insurance policies (Motor, Health, Fire, etc.). The role involves Quotation Generation , policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, data management, and coordination with insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth and error-free operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Quotation Generation & Comparison : Generate Quoations to support Sales & Renewal teams. Compare & give recommendations
- Policy Issuance: Process new business proposals and issue policies accurately as per underwriting guidelines and client requirements.
- Endorsements: Handle policy endorsements/modifications (address change, vehicle transfer, sum insured change, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Renewals: Track policy expiry dates, coordinate renewal reminders, and process timely renewals to avoid lapses.
- Documentation Management: Collect, verify, and maintain proposal forms, KYC documents, and policy-related paperwork as per compliance norms.
- Data Entry & MIS: Maintain accurate policy data in internal systems; prepare and update MIS reports (business login, issuance, renewals, pending cases).
- Coordination with Customers& Insurers: Liaise with Customers, insurance company back-offices/underwriters for policy issuance,



query resolution, and document submission.
- Query Resolution: Address internal team and client queries related to policy documents, premium calculations, coverage details, and payment status.
- Premium & Payment Reconciliation: Support in reconciliation of premium collections, payment receipts, and outstanding follow-ups.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Fluent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in email correspondence and qualified email etiquette
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data management, MIS reports, basic formulas)
- Ability to coordinate effectively with insurers, internal teams, and clients
- Time management skills to handle renewal/endorsement deadlines

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in any operations/back-office (freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered)
- Prior experience with an insurance company, broker, or agency preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
