Job Role
The role involves contacting potential customers over the phone, understanding their health insurance requirements, and explaining suitable health insurance plans offered by reputed insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand the customer's insurance requirements and budget.
- Explain health insurance plans, advantages, coverage, and key features.
- Provide suitable policy options from reputed insurance companies.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/Hinglish; English communication is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Freshers can also apply; experience in telecalling, sales, banking, or insurance will be an advantage.
