Senior Business Development Executive – Direct Sales

Location: Thiruvananthapuram

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join us at an exciting early stage of our growth.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening new doors, creating opportunities and closing business.

This is a direct sales role. You will be expected to actively identify prospects, approach businesses, demonstrate our solution, follow up and convert opportunities into customers.

What You Will Do

- Identify and approach potential business customers.
- Generate your own leads and sales opportunities.
- Conduct meetings and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how your product or service can help their business.
- Follow up consistently and convert opportunities into customers.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Provide market feedback and help us continuously improve our sales approach.

Who We Are Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in business development, direct sales or B2B sales.




- MBA candidates with relevant sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable meeting customers and working in the field.
- A self-starter who does not wait to be told what to do.
- Ability to handle rejection, follow up and keep moving forward.
- Someone energetic, ambitious and genuinely interested in building a career in business development.

Compensation

₹4–6 Lakhs per annum + Attractive Performance Incentives

The final package will depend on experience, capability and suitability.
Should have own 2 wheeler and laptop.
We are looking for candidates who are available immediately to join.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
