Customer Support Executive | Immediate Joiner

Incentix Loyalty is Hiring!

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team in Noida.

Location: Sector 135, Noida – ABC Tower
Work Mode: Monday–Friday Onsite | Saturday WFH
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and high service quality.
- Follow up with customers and provide timely updates.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.




- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
