Acharya Educare is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding UGC NET and DSSSB coaching programs, handling admission enquiries, following up with leads and helping students choose the right course according to their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, fees and admission procedures.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and walk-in interactions.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable coaching programs.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.




- Provide timely support and guidance to students throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.
- Experience in admission counselling, education sales, telecalling or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply.
