Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth and student admissions in the Kanhangad region.
- Develop B2B and B2C business opportunities.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, institutions, and partners.
- Lead and motivate the sales/admission team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
- Develop local-market strategies for Kanhangad and nearby areas.
- Handle key prospects and support the team in closing admissions.




- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- EdTech or Education Sales experience preferred.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Team-handling experience preferred.
- Excellent Malayalam and English communication.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
