Business Development Executive – Hyderabad CRP

Reporting To: Facility Supervisor / Operations Head

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support business growth and procurement activities for our CRP operations in Hyderabad. The role involves developing customer and supplier relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating collections, and supporting procurement growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new relationships with industries, Bulk Waste Generators (BWGs), suppliers, and recyclers.
- Develop business opportunities and support growth in monthly procurement volumes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
- Conduct regular client and supplier visits to identify new opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Operations for collection activities.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and business proposals as required.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms within company guidelines.




- Track customer requirements, quantities, business potential, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to increase business from existing customers and suppliers.
- Monitor market prices, competitor activity, and relevant business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams for smooth collection and material movement.
- Maintain customer interaction, follow-up, and activity records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Work with management to expand the CRP business and procurement network.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
