Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
· Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
· Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and exits.
· Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
· Ensure timely completion of joining and exit formalities.
· Coordinate with employees and respective departments for HR-related requirements.
2. HRMS & Employee Data Management
· Manage and maintain employee information on the HRMS.
· Ensure accuracy and timely updating of employee master data.
· Handle HRMS-related activities including employee onboarding, attendance, leave, documents, and reports.
· Coordinate with HRMS vendors for system-related issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
· Generate HR reports and MIS from the HRMS as required.
· Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes through HRMS.

Attendance & Leave Management
· Monitor and manage employee attendance on a daily/monthly basis.
· Track late coming, absenteeism, regularization, work-from-home, and other attendance-related activities.
· Manage employee leave records and ensure accurate updating of leave balances.
· Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for attendance and leave regularization.
· Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
· Ensure timely closure of attendance and leave inputs within defined timelines.
4. Payroll Coordination
· Coordinate with the payroll team/vendor for monthly payroll processing.
· Provide accurate attendance, leave, new joining, exit, salary revision, and other payroll inputs.
· Verify payroll-related data and coordinate for resolution of discrepancies.
· Maintain payroll-related records and reports.
5. HR Documentation & Compliance
· Ensure proper maintenance of employee documentation and records.
· Support statutory and HR compliance-related activities.
· Assist in implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
· Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across departments and locations.
· Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR-related data.
6. Employee Support & HR Coordination
· Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR operations and policy-related queries.
· Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, HRMS, documentation,
and other HR processes.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee-related issues.
· Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives as required.
7. HR MIS & Reporting
· Prepare regular HR MIS and operational reports.
· Maintain reports related to headcount, attendance, leave, employee movements, attrition, and other HR metrics.
· Ensure accuracy and timely submission of HR reports to management.
· Assist in analysing HR data to identify trends and operational gaps.
8. Process Improvement
· Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend improvements.
· Support digitization and automation of HR operations.
· Assist in developing and implementing standard HR processes and workflows.
· Ensure smooth adoption of current HR systems and processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· 3–7 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
· Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Hands-on experience with HRMS software is mandatory.
· Strong experience in attendance and leave management.
· Experience in employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
· Exposure to payroll coordination and HR compliance.
· Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
· Strong data management and reporting skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in Professional Services / CA Firms / Consulting / Audit / Taxation will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
