Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Centre Head
Role Type: Individual Contributor – Pure Sales (Target Carrying)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Location: CARA Clinic
Job Summary
CARA is looking for a pure, front-line salesperson to convert enquiries into paying clients across our hair transplant, hair restoration, skin and aesthetic services. This is a 100% sales role — the entire job is consultation, closing, package upselling, payment conversion, and generating repeat and referral business. The person will carry an individual monthly revenue target and will be measured on numbers closed and collected, not on activity. This role carries no team management, no clinical responsibility, and no marketing or operations ownership.
Candidate Profile – Experience RequiredMandatory
● 2–5 years of hands-on, target-carrying B2C sales experience in a package or membership selling setting.
● Proven track record of closing high-value, prepaid service packages face-to-face with walk-in clients.
● Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets in an incentive-linked structure.
● Comfortable selling ticket sizes in the range of ₹25,000 to ₹3,00,000 and above.
Preferred Industry Background (in order of preference)
● Hair Transplant Clinics – consultation, graft estimation support, and closing of transplant procedures. (Strongly Preferred)
● Aesthetic, Cosmetic & Dermatology Clinics / Med-Spas – laser, injectables, anti-ageing, and skin treatment package sales. (Strongly Preferred)
● Salon & Spa Chains – prepaid membership cards, bridal packages, and beauty service package sales.
● Gym, Fitness & Slimming Centres – annual memberships, personal training, and transformation programme sales.
● Weight-Loss & Wellness Clinics – programme-based and multi-session package sales.
● Elective Healthcare – cosmetic dentistry, LASIK, IVF, or similar high-value elective procedure sales.
● Any other industry where the core job is selling packaged beauty, grooming, wellness or appearance-related services to walk-in consumers.
Not a Fit for This Role
● Candidates from telecalling-only backgrounds with no face-to-face closing experience.
● Candidates from FMCG, product distribution, insurance, or field-collection roles with no service-package selling background.
● Candidates seeking a purely administrative, coordination, or back-office profile.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation
● Own and achieve an individual monthly sales target across hair transplant, regenerative therapies (PRP, GFC), skin, laser, and injectable services.
● Convert walk-ins, phone enquiries, digital leads, and referrals into confirmed, paid bookings.
● Prioritise the sale of multi-session packages, annual memberships, and prepaid plans over single sittings.
● Work to daily and weekly closure numbers rather than depending on month-end pressure.
● Push assigned campaign, festive, and seasonal offers to accelerate closures.
2. Lead Handling & Follow-Up Discipline
● Respond to every assigned lead within the defined turnaround time across call, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
● Run structured follow-up cycles on hot, warm, and cold leads until the enquiry is either closed or formally dropped.
● Re-engage dormant, lost, and unconverted enquiries through planned callbacks and offers.
● Ensure zero lead leakage — every enquiry is logged, actioned, and updated with an accurate status.
3. Consultation & Closing
● Conduct face-to-face consultations to understand the client’s concern, expectation, timeline, and budget.
● Present treatment options, pricing, and package comparisons clearly and persuasively.
● Handle objections around cost, results, pain, downtime, and competitor pricing with confidence.
● Close on the same visit wherever possible and secure the booking or advance amount.
● Coordinate with the consulting doctor so that every recommendation sold is clinically approved.
4. Upselling, Cross-Selling & Ticket Size Growth
● Increase average ticket size by moving clients from single treatments to bundled packages and memberships.
● Cross-sell complementary services — for example, PRP or GFC alongside a transplant, or skin packages with hair plans.
● Sell add-on sittings, top-up sessions, and recommended home-care products.
● Convert existing clients into higher-value plans at renewal and review points.
5. Payment Closure & Collections
● Close payments through cash, card, UPI, EMI, and third-party finance options.
● Explain and coordinate EMI and loan documentation so that affordability never becomes the reason for a lost sale.
● Follow up rigorously on part-payments and pending balances until fully recovered.
● Maintain accurate records of every quotation, discount, and payment commitment made.
6. Referrals, Repeat Business & Relationship Selling
● Ask for and generate referrals from every satisfied client at defined touchpoints.
● Stay in contact with existing clients for repeat sittings, renewals, and upgrades.
● Run reactivation calls on past clients who have not visited in a defined period.
● Support the collection of consent-based testimonials and before/after documentation.
7. Lead Sourcing & Field Activity
● Generate walk-ins through tie-ups with salons, spas, gyms, boutiques, and wedding planners.
● Represent CARA at camps, exhibitions, corporate activations, and local events to capture enquiries.
● Convert enquiries generated from outreach activity into clinic visits and closures.
● Share ground-level feedback on competitor pricing, offers, and client objections.
8. Reporting & Sales Hygiene
● Update the CRM daily with lead status, call outcomes, quotations shared, and closures.
● Submit accurate daily reports on calls, walk-ins, consultations, and conversions.
● Participate in the monthly target review with a clear account of numbers achieved and the pipeline ahead.
● Maintain complete, up-to-date knowledge of the price list, packages, offers, and competitor positioning.
9. Ethical Selling & Compliance
● Sell only treatments and packages approved by the consulting doctor.
● Set realistic expectations on results, timelines, and the number of sittings required — never over-promise.
● Maintain strict confidentiality of client medical, personal, and financial information.
● Follow CARA’s approved pricing and discount authority at all times.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Monthly revenue target achievement — primary KPI.
● Lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-closure conversion ratio.
● Average revenue per client / average ticket size.
● Package and membership sales as a share of total sales.
● Payment collection percentage and EMI conversion rate.
● Number of qualified referrals generated per month.
● Follow-up compliance and CRM update accuracy.
● Client satisfaction and complaint-free selling.
Required Skills & Competencies
● Proven closing ability — able to ask for the sale and handle objections without hesitation.
● Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills for high-value services.
● Excellent communication and fluency in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is an added advantage.
● Empathy and maturity in handling sensitive concerns around hair loss, ageing, and personal appearance.
● Working proficiency in CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and MS Excel.
● Resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to perform consistently in a daily target environment.
● Well-groomed, presentable appearance in line with CARA’s brand image.
● Basic understanding of hair and skin treatment terminology, or the ability to learn it quickly.
