Position : Project Accounting Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years work experience.

Working knowledge of SAP and experience in Project Accounting and Tracking

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in commercial negotiations for project and maintenance-related procurements.
- Verify purchase orders and service orders with reference to comparative quotations, negotiated terms and conditions, GL codes, tax codes, and approved Capex authorization numbers for proper tracking and accounting.
- Monitor and review pending GR/IR balances, invoice verification, and accounting entries.
- Identify invoice discrepancies and coordinate with the Procurement and Planning teams to obtain corrected invoices along with the necessary certifications for accounting purposes.
- Follow up with vendors through the Procurement team to ensure GST compliance and facilitate timely availment of Input Tax Credit (ITC).




- Maintain custody and track the validity of Advance Bank Guarantees (ABG) and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), ensuring timely renewals where required.
- Monitor advance payments and follow up for timely adjustment and closure against corresponding invoices or milestones.
- Prepare and review Vendor Ageing Reports, with separate tracking and reporting of MSME vendors.
- Conduct vendor account reconciliations and obtain periodic Balance Confirmations from vendors.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure accurate accounting, statutory compliance, and timely payment processing.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
