We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.

⁠ ⁠Set up machines according to job requirements and drawings.

⁠ ⁠Read and understand engineering/technical drawings.

⁠ ⁠Load and unload components and raw materials.

⁠ ⁠Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.

⁠ ⁠Monitor machine operations and maintain required quality standards.

⁠ ⁠Make basic tool/offset adjustments as required.

⁠ ⁠Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality.

⁠ ⁠Maintain daily production records.

⁠ ⁠Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.

⁠ ⁠Report machine faults, quality issues, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

Requirements





⁠ ⁠Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator preferred.

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and measuring instruments.

⁠ ⁠Ability to understand technical drawings and dimensions.

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of machine setting and tool offsets.

⁠ ⁠Good attention to quality and accuracy.

⁠ ⁠ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Based on experience and skills. (3.6L-5.2L)
