Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential and existing customers, generating leads, explaining our waterproofing services, following up with customers, and coordinating site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
- Explain waterproofing services, pricing, warranty and service processes.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Schedule site inspections and coordinate with the field team.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure proper communication.
- Achieve monthly calling,



lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, Customer Support Executive or similar role preferred.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and computer operations.
- Sales-oriented attitude and ability to convince customers.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives, depending on experience and performance.

Working Hours

Full-Time | 6 Days a Week
