About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial function of our multi-sector group. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for financial strategy, compliance, cash flow management, fundraising, and driving profitability across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across group entities
- Oversee accurate financial reporting, MIS, and audit processes
- Manage cash flow, working capital,



and capital structure
- Drive cost optimization, EBITDA improvement, and profitability initiatives
- Lead fundraising activities and manage banking & investor relationships
- Implement robust internal controls and risk management systems

Candidate Profile

- Strong financial leadership and strategic decision-making skills
- Expertise in accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in cash flow and working capital management
- Experience in fundraising, banking negotiations, and investor handling
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

- M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA – Preferred
- Additional finance or leadership certifications will be an advantage
