Roles & Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Design contemporary, userâ€friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and highâ€fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct UX research and usability testing to improve product experiences.
- Design SaaS dashboards, CRM systems, admin panels, and customerâ€facing applications.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
- Ensure responsive and accessible designs across all devices.
- Optimize user journeys and improve product usability.
Graphic Design
- Design social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Create branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, presentations, brochures, and corporate collateral.
- Design email templates, landing pages, PR campaign creatives, and promotional materials.
- Develop visual assets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Create illustrations, infographics, and visual storytelling content.
- Support sales and marketing teams with creative requirements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of design systems and componentâ€based design.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and user journeys.
- Understanding of branding and marketing design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with AIâ€powered design tools and workflows.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools.
- Knowledge of Flutter, React.js, or frontend workflows.
- Experience in PR, Media, Marketing, or Communication Technology products.
