Job Description – Quality Engineer

Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 12 Hours
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring that products meet required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process and final quality inspections.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify defects, analyse root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper measurement and dimensional inspection of components.
- Follow company quality procedures and safety standards.




- Support continuous improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.
- Maintain records of quality checks, NCRs and corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of quality-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in manufacturing/fabrication.
- Good knowledge of quality inspection and measurement tools.
- Basic knowledge of drawing reading, dimensional inspection and quality documentation.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to work for 12 hours as per company requirement.
- Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Rudrapur, Uttarakhand preferred.
