Job brief:

We are looking for a Junior Flutter Developer with robust fundamentals in Flutter and Dart to build and maintain production-grade mobile applications in the FinTech domain. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Flutter, familiar with GetX and team-based application architecture, and has practical experience with API integration, debugging, and mobile application releases. Exposure to financial products and terminology is preferred, along with a willingness to understand the business context behind the features being developed.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components following established application architecture
- Implement application state management using GetX
- Integrate REST APIs and handle loading, success, empty, and error states
- Work within the existing team code architecture and follow established coding standards
- Debug and resolve application issues across development, staging, and production environments
- Investigate crashes, API failures, UI issues, state management problems, and performance bottlenecks
- Work closely with backend developers to understand API contracts and resolve integration issues
- Write clean, readable, maintainable code following Flutter, Dart, and software engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality
- Manage version control and collaborative development workflows using Git and GitHub




- Support Android and iOS build generation and application release activities
- Contribute to Play Store and App Store deployment processes
- Write basic SQL queries for data validation, debugging, and understanding backend data
- Collaborate with QA, product, design, and backend teams to deliver features and resolve defects
- Debug and resolve production issues with ownership and urgency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of professional software development experience with Flutter
- Strong understanding of Flutter and Dart fundamentals
- Hands-on experience building applications using Flutter
- Practical experience with GetX for state management, dependency injection, and routing
- Understanding of application architecture, separation of concerns, reusable components, and clean code
- practices
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON request and response payloads
- Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, API error handling, and basic authentication concepts
- Hands-on debugging experience using logs, stack traces, Flutter DevTools, and network/API debugging
- Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar technologies
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries using SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, and ORDER BY
- Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows using GitHub
- Understanding of software development best practices, code reviews, and environment-based development
- Basic understanding of Android and iOS build and release processes




- Exposure to Play Store and App Store deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate issues independently
- Database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB)

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
