Senior Node.js Developer

Experience: 6–10 years overall; 5+ years Node.js
Engagement: Full-time, dedicated | T&M; / Staff Augmentation
Location: Pune (Primary) / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build and maintain REST APIs using NestJS/TypeORM.
- Work with PostgreSQL schemas, including CRM ↔ AI backend schema coupling.
- Resolve technical limitations such as oversized files, circular dependencies, queue systems and CI quality-gate gaps.
- Implement integrations with Razorpay, Azure Blob/Queue, Firebase push notifications, Azure Communication, Mailgun and OCR/document pipelines.
- Maintain code quality through ESLint/Prettier, Jest unit/integration testing and coding standards.
- Participate in architecture discussions for rules engine, workflow builder and reporting/dashboard modules.
- Collaborate with the in-house Digital Transformation team and engineering pod.

Must-Have Skills:

- 5+ years Node.js backend development,



including 2+ years NestJS.
- Strong TypeScript and TypeORM/ORM experience with PostgreSQL.
- REST API design, OpenAPI/Swagger and JWT authentication.
- Message queues such as Azure Storage Queue/Bull/Redis and Redis caching.
- Cloud infrastructure knowledge, preferably Azure.
- Strong debugging skills in live, multi-repository production systems.

Good-to-Have:

- Razorpay/payment gateway experience.
- Rules-engine or workflow/DAG experience.
- OpenTelemetry, Current Relic, pino/winston.
- Real estate, PropTech or CRM experience.
