About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer who can train B.Tech graduates and transform them into corporate-ready IT professionals with strong technical, coding, problem-solving, and professional skills.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly through practical, industry-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver structured technical training programs for B.Tech graduates.
- Train candidates in programming fundamentals, coding, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
- Provide hands-on training through coding exercises, assignments, projects, and real-world use cases.
- Train candidates on development practices followed in corporate IT environments.
- Conduct practical sessions on Git/GitHub, debugging, APIs, databases, and software development workflows.
- Depending on the candidate's expertise, train in technologies such as NET/C#, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, SQL, or other relevant technologies.
- Develop and evaluate coding assessments, technical tests, assignments, and projects.
- Identify individual skill gaps and provide appropriate mentoring and guidance.
- Conduct mock technical interviews and prepare candidates for corporate recruitment processes.
- Train candidates in problem-solving, logical thinking, coding standards, and writing clean, maintainable code.
- Introduce candidates to SDLC, Agile/Scrum, ticketing systems, code reviews, documentation, and professional development practices.
- Track trainee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Collaborate with HR/management to prepare trainees for deployment into technical teams.
- Keep training content updated according to current industry requirements.

Technical Skills Required





- Solid programming fundamentals and hands-on coding experience.
- Good knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts, DBMS, SQL, APIs, and software development fundamentals.
- Knowledge of at least one major programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and basic software development workflows.
- Understanding of web/application development concepts.
- Ability to work with practical projects and real-world coding scenarios.

Training & Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong mentoring and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to motivate fresh graduates and build their confidence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable conducting live coding sessions and technical discussions.
- Should be approachable, patient, and willing to mentor candidates at different skill levels.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of industry experience in software development, technical training, or a combination of both.
- Prior experience training freshers/B.Tech graduates will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with robust software development experience who are interested in transitioning into technical training are also encouraged to apply.

Key Objective

The primary objective of this role is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and corporate IT requirements by making fresh B.Tech graduates technically strong, confident, and ready to contribute to real-world software development projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
