Designation: Assistant Professor – Pharmacy
Location: Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years

Qualification

- M.Pharm / Pharm.D from a recognized institution.
- Candidates must meet the applicable PCI and university/affiliation requirements.
- Valid registration with the relevant Pharmacy Council, wherever applicable.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions for B.Pharm/D.Pharm students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and practical demonstrations.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, assignments, and student evaluations.
- Guide students in academic projects, seminars, and practical work.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, lesson plans, and other departmental documentation.
- Conduct laboratory practicals and ensure proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, seminars,



conferences, and other academic activities.
- Assist in curriculum planning and implementation as per university requirements.
- Support accreditation, inspection, and statutory documentation activities.
- Maintain professional standards and discipline within the department.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the Principal/HOD.

Skills Required

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong subject knowledge in Pharmacy.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
- Good classroom and laboratory management skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an academic team.

Preferred: Candidates from Nagapattinam and nearby districts may be given preference.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
